A good opportunity to amend Article 69 Clause C of the 7th Development Plan

Head of Durood Nursing System
The objections of the Guardian Council to the 7th Development Plan were published, and as we mentioned earlier in a note, one of the objections of this bill is the ambiguity in Clause D of Article 69 that it is not clear how the government wants to compensate the right to be deprived of work in the private sector.
The text of the objection of the Guardian Council to this paragraph:
The criteria, quality, and method of compensation in accordance with the deprivation of work in the private sector are ambiguous; A comment will be made after the ambiguity is resolved.
The government should clearly and according to the existing laws, explain the exact details of the amendment of the right to be deprived of work in the private sector for those subject to the Productivity Promotion Law. In addition, compensation for damage through efficient reform should also be ruled out, because previously tariff setting was implemented with efficient reform and went astray, and now the health system will not be shortchanged in the face of the right to be deprived of work in the private sector, and this right to be deprived should also be limited to a certain extent. May he encourage a person not to work in the private sector, otherwise no one will go to the private sector for 1 million or 2 million, which he now wants to skip and receive this small amount from the public sector.
We hope that the Ministry of Health and the Health Commission will pay special attention to this issue. And union activists and the organization of the nursing system should, along with other demands, use their strength to solve this problem, which an important part of the colleagues’ livelihood depends on.
