Therefore, the experiences that I have from working in these fields that I felt necessary to announce to my dear countrymen:
Do not consume canned food at all.

While working in several food factories with reputable brands, as a technical manager and production line manager, I declare that the level of hygiene in the preparation and production of food for the nation is extremely weak and at zero level.

And in my experience, in one of the reliable factories of the province in the field of paste production, unfortunately, at least 70% of the consumed tomatoes are rotten and moldy, and the tomato washing water is extremely dirty due to the repeated washing and lack of water change, and there is zero worker hygiene, as well as the mixing of waste. And the insects and animals present in the farm and tomatoes such as cockroaches, lizards and rarely mice along with the tomatoes used to produce tomato paste are also of a famous and prominent brand for export, now evaluate the weak brands yourself.
And finally, and with regret, the use of Vitex in the milk of some industrial cattle farms to reduce the microbial load of milk. Since these preservatives prevent the absorption of calcium, iron and vitamin B in the body, it causes Alzheimer’s, distraction and hair loss at the age of 35.
The noteworthy point is that the technical officials and production managers working in food factories are forced to remain silent if they protest the health situation in production, leading to dismissal or blocking of their salaries for several months and no support for them.

It is worth mentioning that the main cause of the spread of liver cancer is excessive consumption of canned products.
Believe me, friends, the level of health safety of these food products produced in most reputable factories and the level of a country is so low that producers never use these products for their families.
