Mughan does not have the right to Aras water from the site, and the drinking water and the livelihood of the farmers and ranchers of the province are still threatened by the unfair reduction of this right, considering the expiration of the legal period of dividing the previous right, it is necessary for the Ministry of Energy to immediately review and restore the legal and historical right.
