The procedures for issuing this visa are:
1. The applicant must first study a job with suitable financial support and qualified in an American company;
2. The company in question in the United States, to obtain an H1B visa or American skilled workforce, should correspond with the United States Immigration Office to perform the necessary administrative procedures for visa issuance.
In order to be eligible for an H1B visa, the applicant must work in a specific occupation. Special and main jobs and professions for obtaining H1B visa usually include information technology (IT), computer, finance, accounting, banking, marketing, advertising, public relations (PR), sales, recruitment, engineering in all branches, education, health care and medicine, law, network, telecommunication, business, management and hospitality.
