In less than 24 hours from the election meeting of the Supreme Council, the task of the organization for the next four years will be determined by the nursing community.
During this period, the present currents tried to obtain the necessary votes and victory in the elections through different ways and through consultations with different committees.
In the course of these activities, unfortunately, we witnessed destructions against people and processes that may not have had an electoral aspect, but it ended anyway, and now the nursing community and their representatives in the assembly, by examining all aspects and based on the expediency of the future of nursing, will choose people who will consider the fate of nursing. Although the nursing system does not have executive power, but with the support of a large number of nursing communities, it can take great steps to improve nursing and demands, as it has implemented important laws so far.
Therefore, it is my word to the honorable representatives of the assembly that now, at this critical moment, they should make a choice that will pave the way forward for the nursing movement, regardless of personal expediency.
I hope that all the honorable members will not become indebted to themselves and the educated nursing community of the country with their election tomorrow
Undoubtedly, the nursing community deserves the best and the organization of the nursing system should consider itself at the service of this understanding society.
And finally, I request the respected currents present in the elections, after holding the election and the victory of any current or people, immediately consider themselves the current and the victorious people as the representatives of the whole society and put their other currents at the service of the victorious current.
The victorious current must invite other currents and elders to benefit from their opinions and advice in the continuation of the journey and not see themselves as leaders, and all the boards of directors across the country must also express their opinions and ideas, the powerful arm of the organization, regardless of whether they are aligned or not aligned with the ruling organization in the elections. were, are, and continue to move nursing towards greater success
Maybe during the elections, due to electoral issues, some material was written against each other, which was a mixed percentage of morals, but the nursing community will always be together as one, and now all these nobles will not think of anything but the promotion of nursing.
I wish in advance the success of the new nursing system, and God willing, we will all be helpful in the continuation of the movement of the organization, which has reached this stage with the efforts of the nursing community over the years.
The main priority of the new organization should be, after union cohesion, the main demand is not nursing, but the whole of health and treatment, that is, extremely special, and since we don’t have much time, although good steps have been taken, they should enter into the extremely special discussion of the health staff as soon as possible and very seriously until this year. Let’s see its inclusion in the budget even through the dedicated income of the ministry
Also, the strict implementation of tariffs, which was badly implemented and provoked nationwide protests, should be given basic attention, and several other demands, which, God willing, will be realized through proper consultation and deliberation.
