The present age is the age of information or the age of media; Information and communication technology and the movement from traditional societies to information societies have affected all dimensions of human needs and in the meantime, it is necessary for each of the public and private organizations and institutions, including economic, social, cultural, political and military, according to their current situation and based on the necessary studies, explain and plan their entry and movement process.
