Kinases are enzymes that separate phosphate from ATP and add it to another compound
Basically, X+ATP=>Yp+ADP

So creatine kinase
Creatine+ATP=>creatine phosphate+ADP
Three similar combinations in terms of words!
Keratin (K): It is a protein found in skin, hair, nails, etc
Creatinine: the form of creatine excreted from the body
Creatine: It is made of 3 amino acids, but it is not a tripeptide because 1_glycine, 2_arginine, 3_methyl are separated from myothin and it is not a protein.
Creatine phosphate provides ATP in the process of cardiac and skeletal muscle contraction
CK enzyme is mostly in skeletal muscle, heart and brain, otherwise it is in other places like smooth muscles, liver, thyroid and so on. LT is

_Increase time: 3-6 hours after a stroke or any heart or even muscle injury or problem.
Maximum arrival: 12-24 hours
Half-life: 3-4 days
It makes up about 6% of total CK
3⃣ Skeletal muscle and myocardium CK3 Or CK_MM
_ Increase time: 6 hours after injury
_ Peak arrival: 18 hours
Half-life: 4-5 days
It makes up about 90-100% of total CK
P.N.: Bolden means that each CK is more distributed here, and another point is that it is better to measure CK3 when there are muscle problems.

1⃣ Macro CK
Macro_CK or Ma_CK

CK3 can be linked with lipoprotein
It makes up about 0.8-1.6% of total CK, so it is very little, but it is more in women than in men, especially in people over 50 years old.

2⃣ Mitochondrial CK
CK_Mitochondrial or CK_Mit or CK_Mt
It increases a lot in tumor diseases and tissue damage
The heaviest creatine kinase before orgin
_On the outer surface of the inner membrane that travels between cytosol and mitochondria and provides ATP
About 0.8-1.7 CK forms the total
