One-year performance of Mustafa Qoli Khosravi
1- Removing the entry gate to the union:
As you are aware, this union is considered a private sector, and it was the main place of passage for its members. Considering that in union affairs, speeding up and facilitating the members is the most important element of achieving the goals, and the installation of the gate prevents the members from entering the union. This is considered acceleration and in some cases the presence of respected Naja forces in this union can create sensitivity for the immigrants, and according to the culture that dominates the society with the presence of respected representatives of Naja, the immigrants consider themselves as suspects or accused, so this presence It created tension in its nature. Therefore, the first step was to remove the gate in front of the union’s door and announce that there is no need for the presence of the police force stationed in the union, which did not portray an interesting image for the union from the perspective of the visitors.
2- Deleting Payam Realm magazine:
An expensive procedure was formed for the union, which was based on the payment of exorbitant costs of the union’s internal bulletin, which should be available to the union members, with a circulation of several times the number of union members. The small amount of study per capita in the country has no other effects except creating a double financial burden.
According to Wasileh’s report, during the former responsibility of the union, one billion and four hundred million tomans were spent on printing and reproduction of the union’s internal bulletin! Such a payment does not seem logical, therefore, in addition to removing the union’s internal bulletin (Payam Amalak publication) by setting up a Telegram channel and The presence of the union network has made it possible to create a communication bridge with the union members in order to deliver the orders and letters of the authorities supervising the union’s performance.
3- Reforming the structure of the commissions to deal with complaints and resolve disputes:
According to the Executive Regulations, Note 2, Clause I, Article 30 of the Trade Union Law, the said commissions only have the right to announce and compose theories, and that too in accordance with the law. Unfortunately, during the tenure of the former official of the union, there were perceptions that the mentioned commissions had the right to compose and write opinions, and as judicial proceedings by renewing long sessions, they caused waste of time and energy for litigants and union personnel, and in the end with Issuing votes that do not have a guarantee of proper implementation
