About the results of the 2020 American elections
and its effects on Iran and JCPOA

Hello dear friends and dear friends

I listened to Mr. Puya’s speech. I agree with most of his words. I thought of a few points.
First: I think they relied less on this year’s polls and their differences with 2016. These polls have solved two major problems of the 2016 polls. Those polls were mostly conducted in cities and on educated people, while this year marginal people have been given special attention.
Second, these polls show constant frequency and continuous numbers. Let’s remember that Mrs. Clinton was only 3% ahead of Trump in the whole of America in 2016, but now Biden is at least 8% ahead of Trump.
Third, Corona does not change the counting. What happened this time is the rush of people to vote. This is unprecedented in American history. Early voting in Texas is more than any other state in 2016.

Fourth: There are huge differences between Trump and Biden for our country. Trump was looking for the collapse of the country’s economy and finally regime change in Iran. The negotiation that Trump is talking about with Iran is not an ordinary negotiation. Israel and Trump want Iran to completely shut down its nuclear program, give up its missiles and so on. Biden is not looking for regime change in Iran and wants to negotiate with Iran. But I completely agree with him that America is not waiting for us and Biden will not leave Iran alone despite these conveniences.

Fifth: I do not agree with him that America is not looking for negotiations with Iran. I agree with his argument that Israel definitely does not want Iran to return to a favorable situation, but I do not agree with him regarding America. The Americans have spent between six and seven trillion dollars in this region since the military intervention in Iraq. Let’s think that the Arab countries would buy $100 billion of weapons from the US in the best case scenario. Think of a scenario where Iran does not negotiate with America and in the worst case they create an ISIS, this time a Shia one, and create the same problems for the region. Is such a scenario not possible if Iran and America do not negotiate with each other?
Now, if you are America, you want to spend one trillion dollars a year in this region or pave the way for the establishment of a normal government in Iran.
I don’t agree with him about Kamla Harris either.
At least for the next four years with the election of Biden, the ball is in our court.
