Similarities between #engineers and #doctors:
1- Both groups have high and heavy university education.
2- The expertise of both groups is directly related to the safety and health of people in the society.
3- Both groups have an independent guild, called the Medical and Engineering System Organization.
Differences between #engineers and #doctors:
1- The organization of the medical system and the Ministry of Health are the firm and powerful umbrella of support for all doctors and specialties related to it, and they do not consider any medical specialty to be separate and independent, but unfortunately, the organization of the construction engineering system, for many years, is one of the seven main and legal specialties of construction. Civil engineering – mapping – urban planning – architecture – mechanical installations – electricity – traffic), only sees four fields (civil engineering – architecture – mechanical installations – electricity)! And the country’s simplest building control law, which mandates the presence of seven disciplines in building control, is not implemented!!

6- Doctors with the support of their respective institutions, in all specialized practices and with astronomical salaries, do not have the least guarantee for the patient, as we have all witnessed in surgical operations, they take a commitment from the patient’s companions that if anything happens to the patient, the doctor No responsibility!! But for a signature, engineers take on a lifelong commitment to a structure, and it is a lifelong guarantor of the physical and financial health of the people present in that structure!!
7- At the head of institutions related to doctors, expert, committed, compassionate and protective of their colleagues, but at the head of institutions related to engineers?
