How to do:

2. Insert the swab
It depends on where to take samples
If we want infection and pus (aspiration), we have to go deep until we reach a dead end, then we take it out with a twisting motion (for this, it has a flexible handle, a swab).
If not, the first goal of the nose can be done with a normal swab
If a person’s ciliated cells are damaged, it is wrong to start from the beginning of the nose, because the ciliated cells are at the bottom of the nose, for example, we do this for Bardotella.
3. Remove the screw like a phone

You are in a hurry, you have 4 hours to take the sample to the microbe laboratory
There is no rush, put it in TSB or Stuart transport environment and check later
For whooping cough
Regan-Lowe agar
cold casein hydrolyzate medium
casamino acid broth
is used
6. Transfer to one of these environments
