You probably know that in the past years, the same paper with the same format; It was installed on the wall of one or two registry offices in Tehran and around Tehran, and its pictures were published many times by colleagues in the virtual space.
But unfortunately, due to various reasons such as fear or monotony! which is the genetic habit of many of us; They refuse to publish it widely!
If you are an engineer who cares for you and your colleagues, send this text and minimum tariff to all your friends so that we can be together.
4) When, as in previous years, this minimum tariff is set, and we come across people who are financially weak for any reason during work, we can give a discount or do it for free and do a good deed. This is a personal decision.
But to worry about the rest of the owners; Whether they pay this reasonable minimum fee or not, it is our personal art to justify the owner and finally return the work and not accept it at any cost!! And maintaining respect for your personality, intelligence and expertise.
But when we register a multi-hundred billion property with an insulting and unchanged tariff for a rich Lavasan gardener; We will have the worst insults for ourselves and our specialties.
