Description of the duties of the financial manager

1- Supervision and control over the preparation of financial statements based on accounting standards and information available in the company’s offices in order to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements submitted to the competent authorities.

2- Providing financial reports (budgetary, liquidity, assets, contractors’ status, finance, debt) based on the information available in the offices in order to inform superiors to make decisions.

3- Pursuing the provision of financial resources based on the company’s budget and the agreements exchanged with the relevant organizations (budget program and Tawanir) in order to provide the necessary liquidity for current and capital expenses.

4- Controlling and monitoring the company’s liquidity based on the budget and prioritization of the company’s needs and goals in order to optimally allocate liquidity to the company’s priorities.

5- Supervising the registration of accounts and the maintenance of legal books and documents based on the regulation of writing of books in order to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial events.

6- Controlling the accounts receivable and payable of the company and following up discrepancies based on the nature of the discrepancy and adjusting the accounts in order to resolve the discrepancies and clarify the accounts.

7- Supervision and control over all payments (salary and benefits, status report of contractors and sellers, etc.) based on regulations, regulations and relevant laws in order to pay beneficiaries’ demands on time.

8- Controlling, supervising and approving matters related to the accounting of warehouse and property (collector or property trustee) and facilities based on regulations, laws, regulations and related documents in order to ensure proper maintenance and protection of property.

9- Preparing and revising financial regulations based on the transaction regulations (property regulations, account registration method, loan regulations) in order to organize administrative and financial activities.

10- Supervision, control and division of duties between employees under supervision based on the description of duties and job departments in order to increase the productivity of employees.

11- Assessing the training needs of supervised personnel based on personal needs in order to improve knowledge and keep personnel information up to date.

12- Preparing and presenting the company’s budget based on obtaining information from various units and the experience of the past years in order to correctly estimate the income and expenses of the next year.

13- Carrying out cooperation and correspondence between internal and external units based on the existing needs and requests of the mentioned units in order to respond to the relevant units. (tax, insurance, audit, inspection, municipality, etc.)

14-Participating in the meetings of the company’s internal commissions (transactions, loans, etc.) based on membership in the aforementioned commissions in order to make decisions and prepare the minutes of the meetings.

15- Active participation in the design, installation and updating of the IMS integrated management system and participation in related programs, including: continuous attendance in all relevant meetings, attention and follow-up in order to achieve the organization’s goals, identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and Security risks, preparedness and response maneuvers in emergency situations, internal and external audits and other related programs.

16- Supervising and controlling compliance with all laws and instructions related to the integrated management system, eliminating any non-compliance observed in the unit under his supervision.

17-Promoting systemic thinking and creating a sense of commitment in all employees regarding compliance with system requirements and announcing the training needs of employees under their supervision in order to deepen and expand the system at the company level.

18- Performing other assigned duties.
