The single article of this bill states:
Single Article – Article (87) of the Civil Service Management Law approved on 8/7/2016 (with subsequent amendments and additions) and its notes are amended as follows.
Article 87 – The working hours of the employees of the executive bodies are 40 hours per week, and the arrangement and regulation of the working hours of the offices is determined by the proposal of the administrative and employment organization of the country and the approval of the Cabinet of Ministers. The country that is approved by the Council of Ministers is the responsibility of the relevant party. The amount of teaching hours of teachers and faculty members will be determined from the hours required in the relevant job classification plans.
Note 1- With the approval of the executive body, employees can reduce their working hours up to a quarter of the daily working hours (maximum (10) hours per week of the online recruiter). .
Note 2- In accordance with technological changes and in emergencies and crisis situations such as air pollution, lack of energy, the occurrence of unexpected events, the spread of widespread diseases or during special days such as the holy month of Ramadan, working hours and the way of providing services and the educational calendar of schools and higher education centers regardless of Compliance with the ceiling mentioned in this article is prepared by the country’s administrative and employment organization and approved by the cabinet.

Note 4- In all the laws and regulations that use the basis of forty-four hours of work per week and one hundred and seventy-six hours of work in four consecutive weeks, such as the Labor Law approved on 8/29/1369 by the Expediency Council with subsequent amendments and additions From the effective date of this law, it will be amended to forty hours per week and one hundred and sixty working hours in four consecutive weeks, respectively, and the reduction of working hours will not reduce the salaries and legal benefits of employees and workers subject to this note. The implementation of the ruling of this note regarding the institutions that are directly under the authority of the Supreme Leader is subject to the permission of His Highness.”
