The administration policies of the satrapy regions, religion, rituals, language and dress were very respected, and the emperor and the central bureaucratic system did not interfere in it at all.
However, what was built later even as a result of some necessities in the country and mainly started during the Reza Shah bureaucracy period, when the relative independence of the provinces decreased, had positive and negative results that should be addressed without malice or grudge.
Reza Shah emerged after a period of collapse of the central government structure and tried to create an organized and powerful system, which was very good so far and I am in favor of it, but over time, the central governments entered into issues that were not the same as the central government and intervened. It was calculated and on the other hand, they did not enter into the issues that were the needs of the regions
In general, with the Islamic Revolution of 1957, the entry of the central government into the area of local issues such as clothing, religion, and customs and not addressing the main economic issues increased the problem.

The provincial political system in Iran should be designed in such a way that a degree of decisions are made in the provinces and the central government is prohibited from interfering in some local affairs.
It is not possible to sit in Tehran and tell the Kurds – that is, the Kurds – what is your economic and native and local priority and not even know their culture.
A Kermani or a Zahedan can better plan for the poverty of the province than I can in Tehran
Since universities and public education have grown in different parts of Iran, it is impossible not to involve the people of the regions in their decisions.
Today, we are facing a mountain of problems that the residents of the center have provided for the people of Iran, which is caused by the lack of understanding of local priorities.
All in all, instead of picking up the stick and hitting each other on the head that you are a separatist and that one wants what, it is better to look at the causes of the growth of these thoughts and find the roots.

The person who compiled this, like me, was a child of the desert, not of the sea, and therefore, with the development of science and trade in Iran, the role of the provinces in local decisions should be allowed to expand significantly.
