Effective method for breast enlargement
The first part
The method we are going to examine now is one of the simple, safe and proven methods to enlarge the breast.
This method is suitable for women whose breast growth has reached its maximum
1- Breast massage while lying down
One of the effective methods that helps to enlarge the breasts is massaging them. To enlarge the breast in this method, you must open your bra and free your breasts and be in a completely horizontal position, (the best position is when you want to sleep at night) then put the palm of your hands i.e. the right palm on the right breast and the left palm on the left breast and slowly start rubbing the breasts so that the two breasts are in the opposite direction and very slowly and Gently move and apply. You can do this every night for 10 to 15 minutes and see the desired result in a short period of time like 6 months.
2- Facial exercises
Another effective way to enlarge the breasts is exercise. Try to soften the pectoralis major muscle (the muscle located under the breasts) twenty times a day by contracting the neck muscles. Another practice is to pronounce the letter “X” by opening the mouth as much as possible. It is recommended to do this exercise 10-20 times a day.
3- Avoid heat
The heat from the sun’s rays or a bath with hot water causes the veins to expand and the blood flow in the breast veins to slow down; On the other hand, it was already mentioned that exposure to intense sunlight causes premature aging of the skin, loss of elastic fibers and, as a result, wrinkles.
4-Breast contraction (first method)
Lock both hands together from the elbow area, that is, hold the elbow of the left hand with the right hand and the elbow of the right hand with the left hand.
Then press your hands firmly together and count to 60 numbers and release and repeat this again after a few minutes. During the day, if you repeat this up to 15 or even 20 times and fully contract the armpit and chest muscles and hold them, after two weeks you will see how well-shaped and firm your breasts are.
5-Breast contraction (second method)
This method is just like the above method, only the way of holding hands is different.
Make fists of both hands and push the fists towards each other.
It means that the fist of the right hand and the left hand should be pressed together and contract the muscles of the armpits and chest until you count 60 and release. Practice this method 15 to 20 times a day, just like the above method.
