Two-thirds of the said survey revolved around trust and measured employees’ attitudes towards managers, job satisfaction in general, and the sense of teamwork among them.
The remaining one-third was devoted to questions about culture, including employee benefit programs, hiring practices, internal communication practices, training, and diversity.

But all these indicators are supposed to answer one question:

According to the results of the mentioned survey, the following 4 features are among the things that make companies a better place to work, and at the same time, they don’t cost much.

The need to flourish is one of the basic needs of humans. In this way, the more opportunities the company provides to its employees for personal improvement, the better. Opportunity brings with it agency, because the more freedom people have, the more meaningful the decisions they make will be for themselves and their company.
