Kerman Province:
With the issuance of the license, 95% is paid to the supervisor and 5% to the organization
Lorestan province:
With the issuance of the license, 95% is paid to the supervisor and 5% to the organization
Fars province:
With a deduction of 3% from the supervisor’s fee, the remaining 97% will be deposited into the supervisor’s account after the license is issued or if the license is not issued 3 months after the capacity is deducted.
Mazandaran Province:
In Mazandaran province, after deducting 5% of the organization’s share and a percentage for mandatory professional liability insurance, after about 10 to 14 days, the total fee is deposited into the supervisor’s account and has nothing to do with the issuance of the license.
Ardabil Province:
60% of the time to start work no later than two months after signing the plan, 30% no later than 7 months after signing the plan, and the last 10% after the completion of the work.
Tehran Province:
50% after the license is issued or at most 2 months after the contract is signed, other stages such as the start of work, the end of skeletonization, the end of stiffening, the end of thin work, and the completion of operations are paid 10% each.
Tabriz Province:
30% after sending the approval letter of the plans to the municipality, 30% after sending the report of stage 1 or within a maximum period of 6 months, 30% after sending the last report or a maximum of 18 months, 10% after sending the completion of construction operations or a maximum of 24 months
West Azerbaijan province:
After signing the contract between the supervisor and the owner and registering with the Engineering System Organization, 70% of the fee will be deposited into the supervisor’s account and 30% will be paid in the form of physical progress.
Khuzestan Province:
80% of the first stage and 20% with interest will be paid at the time of completion of the contract
Qazvin Province:
Every supervising engineer has an account in a branch introduced by the organization (Refah Bank Kargaran, Khayyam branch), the supervision fee is immediately deposited into that account, and probably the organization has the right to take possession of it as the owner of the second account, because after each stage of work progress, a part of it It is released and the member can withdraw and deposit interest is also deposited.
70% is paid when the map is cleared and the remaining 30% is paid in the progress reports until the end of the work
North Khorasan Province:
It is paid in two stages, 50% at the time of the contract and 50% at the end of the construction operation or at the end of the contract if the construction operation is not completed, the supervision fee is paid in proportion to the remaining percentage of the progress of the construction operation.
South Khorasan Province:
After deducting 5% of the organization’s fee, 85% is paid when the map leaves the organization and 10% is paid at the time of completion or the end of the contract.
Gilan Province:
70% of the first stage, 20% after passing the time period, 10% of the final
