A few days ago, I went to the class for the end-of-semester exam of the students, and I saw that the teacher’s desk was turned upside down to move more chairs in the hall. And an interesting phrase is flashing on the professors’ desk: you are a professor.
As a rule, if they wanted to write respectfully, they should write the position of the teacher. The truth is, I was a little disappointed.

In a way, the position of a professor conveys the message that there is no necessary qualification and the people who come behind this desk and work as a professor, lower the dignity of this position to the level of a professor.

It is always said and said that the honor of the place belongs to the people. It means that the value and respect of each position goes back to the person who is placed in that position. In other words, it is humans who give dignity and legitimacy to a place.

That is, when a person is not worthy, attractive and suitable for a management position, but they forcefully appoint him to that position. He doesn’t have the stature of that position at all, but love doesn’t leave any other way to serve, that is, it doesn’t leave haa.

The principle is that when a person becomes so mature, experienced and competent and has the size of that management position, that person should be appointed and everyone should congratulate him. But if we lower a position to the level of a person with low competence, lack of experience, hasty and immature, it means that we are creating a manager position.

Believe me, building an office is very dangerous and has many negative effects.
Demotion and reduction of a managerial position to a managerial one forever grabs the collar of the people who are in that organization and leaves them forever, it sticks to them like a cat.

Because the standards and competencies required for that position are lowered and the next managers who are going to be appointed will be evaluated based on the same standards and competencies. It means that we have fallen into the cycle of incompetence and with the same command and speed we are going towards the valley.

Be careful:
• When team building gives way to band games; It means complete preparation to welcome the management position.
• Those who are greedy for position and position, they are known as managers.
• Don’t doubt that individual self-interest ends up in a managerial position.
• The lack of accountability and accountability mechanisms is the main source of mismanagement.
• Drucker says that today’s knowledge is tomorrow’s ignorance. It means that a person who is in a managerial position today, if he does not improve himself, he can be a manager tomorrow.

Woe betide the day when the doctorate prevails in the management positions.
