Not being prohibited from continuing education due to educational, disciplinary and duty system conditions and spending at least half a year in the unit of origin of registration (except for those eligible for party or transfer from the beginning of admission) are considered as part of the general conditions.
Also, the transfer is only possible for those who have been accepted by the exam and according to the criteria, and the transfer and party of students of self-governing courses is possible only to units conducting self-governing courses.
Transfer is possible only if there is a degree, major, orientation and year of acceptance in the destination unit. It is forbidden to transfer in any of the academic levels in the last half of the academic year.
If you have a guest permit (one semester) in the master’s degree, obtaining a thesis is only possible with the agreement of the source and destination units. It is forbidden for visiting students (one semester) to obtain a doctoral thesis.
Transfers and parties in the specialized doctorate level are prohibited, except for the requirements of the families of martyrs and martyrs, sick and disabled students, Article 71 of the Civil Service Law, the alignment table of the regulation.
Re-transfer at any academic level is prohibited. Transferring and partying from the electronic unit (due to non-attendance) to other university units is prohibited and vice versa is possible according to the rules.
