Fundamentalists, please don’t read this article
Mohammad Mohajeri
Respected reformers! Congratulations on the victory of Mr. Medical. He is honestly a pious and decent person. Masulists are jealous of him. He reads Nahj al-Balagha even more than Seyyed Rezi; His simple life has no problem among you reformists and masulists. His literature is closer to the people on the street and society than all the elders of the two factions. His honesty is beyond words. His humility and people-ness are so sweet that one’s heart melts. It still has good features, but what does all this have to do with you?!
Some of you who have now come to the queue with baskets, where have you been so far? What is your relationship with Dr. Massoud? Didn’t many of you keep the boycott oven on until the morning of the election? God, how many of you considered doctors to be reformists? Or if you knew how many of you stood by him?
Who told you that you made him the president? In the elections, there were candidates, some of whom were so numerous that people voted for doctors to get rid of them. This vote belonged to the doctors, not you.
You want to give, give, but if Mohammad Javad Zarif was not in the middle of the field with all his reputation, would your hat have wool? You must have forgotten Azari Jahormi’s role. Which of these two people are reformists? Which organizations have you been a member of? Did you have and have anything else besides a few bankrupt shops that only have mouth-filling names?
how are you Have you thought that another revolution happened and 1957 was repeated? Or do you think you have sat on Nader Shah’s throne and conquered India? No, dear ones. Get off and let’s walk together. This community and these people will withdraw their votes if they see that you do not treat them well. Certainly, if Saeed Jalili became the president for any reason, the people would be so depressed and disappointed that in the next elections, we would have to knock on every single house and beg you to vote if you die with me. With this method that you have taken, you are blocking the way of hope.
If the society was not tired and hopeless, there would not be so many absentees in the elections. This 50%, a large part of it came because the catastrophe of Jalili’s thinking would not come, otherwise it had nothing to do with the reformists. I definitely and wholeheartedly respect the elders of this movement, but if their henna got a little color this time, it wasn’t because of the reformist groups and faces that they have acquired now.
I know faces of reformists who are now melting sugar in their hearts to become a minister and vice president, but they have not spoken a word for at least the last three years. Some of them have said that it is not good for me not to speak. In fact, they have always lived in Jannah Makan and Khaldashians, and now they realized that Haji is a partner, what is my share? Why am I not a senior member of the cabinet?
Reformed brothers and sisters! You see today and tomorrow is not in front of your eyes. You see the hair and not the curls. Some of you are not really looking for a share of the cake of power, but you sit in a corner and are greedy, and at the same time, you are afraid that your criticism of a certain method and attitude of reformism or the face of your faction will not be appreciated by anyone.
If you continue with this command, there will be no need for the fundamentalists to attack you and the 14th government in the next few mornings. You will strike the sword yourself in the first line.
This way you are going has been taken before, both by you and by the masulists. The end of this road is not Turkestan, it is a cemetery.
