God, I have sent this several times myself, the email that goes to the teacher contains the link.
There are several models of recommendation letters: the simplest one is that the teacher should upload the text he prepared and type his name and surname as a signature and send it.
Another model is that before uploading the text of the recommendation letter, a few short or multiple choice questions are asked, and then instead of typing or copying the text of the recommendation letter.
Another model that is very challenging is that there are many questions, even questions that the teacher has to type the answer to, and the teacher must know English or you must be in front of him.
There is a typewritten signature at the bottom of all of them. Teacher’s name and surname as signature.
There may be other models that I did not see. This is for America. I don’t know about Europe, unfortunately.
Another point is that it used to happen a lot that the professor would send the email link and the student would fill it in himself. It still happens in some universities.
But
Recently, universities have applied a method that as soon as an email is opened with an email without a professor, it gives an error message and a warning and cannot be filled.
Of course, it hasn’t spread yet, but due to my bad luck, last year, two of them were inflated like this.
Care should be taken not to get negative points.
But I don’t think there are many such universities.
