The head of Tehran Municipality’s Administrative Transformation and Modernization Center announced the finalization of the job classification plan of Shahrban Company after 15 years and said that increasing the salary of Shahrban and Hareemban company’s employees is on the agenda.
According to the public relations report of Tehran Municipality’s administrative modernization and transformation center, Mohammad Ali Alfatpour, referring to the concern of the selfless forces of Shahrban and Harimban regarding the company’s job classification plan, said: “Unfortunately, Shahrban has no plan even though it has been established for about 15 years. It was a classification that due to the special attention that this period of urban management has to change the status of martyrs, the classification plan of Shahrban company was finalized outside of the administrative routine and is ready for implementation after approval by the Ministry of Labor.
He stated regarding the demand of Shahrban company’s self-sacrificing forces to turn the situation into the official force of Tehran municipality: Shahrban’s self-sacrificing forces are currently, according to the explicit text of the law, from a contract force and a volume upon leaving the contract status, to a permanent contract force of Shahrban company and Hareemban, which is one of the official companies of Tehran municipality, has become a situation.
Stating that Tehran Municipality is one of the leading institutions in the country in changing the status of martyrs and has acted in accordance with the law, Alfatpour said: According to the laws related to changing the status of martyrs, changing the status of municipal troops to official force is against the law and exceptional. It does not exist in this context. All volume workers in other companies and organizations of Tehran municipality, just like the volume forces of Shahrban, according to the law, the situation has been changed to the permanent contract of that company or organization; It should be noted that according to administrative and employment rules and regulations, it is possible to change the status to official-definite only through national employment tests.
In the end, he announced: Due to the concern of the current administration of Tehran Municipality regarding the livelihood of the employees, by the order of the respected mayor and the efforts of the Vice President of Planning, Human Capital Development and Council Affairs, increasing the salaries of all the large-scale forces of Shahrban and Hareemban is on the agenda.
It should be noted that on the 2nd of December this year, Ghazizadeh Hashemi, the head of the Martyrs and Veterans Foundation, also emphasized: Companies that are subject to the labor law are obliged to convert the temporary contracts of veterans into permanent contracts only with their place of service.
