It was approved in Tehran City Council:

2) Dealing with the internal partitioning of each unit, as well as discrepancies in the details of the constructed building compared to the approved plans attached to the license, including structural, architectural, electrical and mechanical installation plans, subject to the acceptance of responsibility and approval of supervising engineers without charging fees.

3) Increasing a maximum of one floor in the basement in excess of the permit
Since this type of permit leads to the reduction of the area of ​​residential units by increasing the number of parking lots, it is a suitable and necessary forecast for all urban constructions so that the average size of residential units in Tehran can be reduced.

4) Increasing the net area of ​​the floors if the infrastructure area and the number of floors are fixed according to the permit, subject to compliance with the permitted occupancy level and the standard dimensions of common spaces according to national regulations.

5) The possibility of continuous elevators up to the roof, subject to applying the necessary measures in the design of the facade of the properties whose staircases are located on the main passages.

6) Reducing the dimensions of the staircase, elevator and elevator lobby compared to the approved plans and permits.

7) Longitudinal advance of the basement towards the yard in non-garden properties also up to 2 meters and within the permitted advance of the detailed plan in order to provide facilities, parking and warehouse construction.

8) Increasing the height of the entire building, maximum by 5% of the total building from the passage for one meter buildings of 6 floors.
3% of the total height of the building from the passage for 6 to 12 story buildings
and one percent of the total height of the building from the passage for buildings with 12 floors and more.

9) Construction of projection on the first floor, observing the permitted height of 3.5 meters in passages of 12 meters and above, indirect lighting of the kitchen from the reception and reception from the kitchen and so on. With proper ventilation.

10) Allocation of a part of the pilot (the ground floor intended for providing parking) to the entrance lobby, subject to maintaining the required parking without the need to pay tolls to the municipality.

11) The possibility of considering the conversion of residential to office use if the property is located in a mixed business and activity zone.

12) It is allowed to remove the parking lot because it cannot be repaired or is unusable.
