Hello, have a good time

Hello, have a good time.
I had a question about the correspondence and application process.

I studied photography and I plan to apply for a master’s degree in photography or related fields (cinematography, film, etc.) in America, Canada, or Elman if not. And that I intend to get funds for sure.
Until a few days ago when the result of my TOEFL test came, I could not spend much time on the application process and correspondence, but I will tell you the documents I have now and the work I have done, and then I will ask my question.

Documents: my diploma, bachelor’s degree and my transcripts translated into English and German and stamped. My German degree has been legalized.
GPA: 18.18 equivalent to GPA 3.7
Motivation letter: I wrote it, but maybe I will edit it.
– Letter of recommendation: I got 3 letters.
– Portfolio: All my projects have folders and statements, I just didn’t make a pdf, I said that maybe the final design and the number of each project is different for each university.
– CV: It has been written, but maybe a little editing is needed.
– Language certificate: TOEFL 91
– Personal website: almost ready.
– Universities: I found about 15 universities from America and Canada from famous sites like us news. But I still haven’t updated the list of universities state by state and I haven’t gone to see each and every field, maybe I will find more.
– Correspondence: I only corresponded with German universities, but I did not find any public university for a field related to photography.

** My question is that.
– In your opinion, considering that the deadlines are very close, what should be my priority? Should I apply blindly, or should I apply by correspondence?

– The first step is to send an email to the financial aid office of the universities and see which ones are only committee-oriented and which ones are professor-oriented?
Then, should I apply for the committee-oriented universities that view the application fee?

– Or should I look for professors with whom I have common fields or concerns according to their resumes and articles, then read their articles and then correspond with them referring to their fields of work and try to get funding?

Do you think I should go through the first process considering that there is not much time? Or is there enough time for the second route? Or should I have another priority?

University of Hartford | TOEFL 80
