Hello, I printed the letter of the leader and the minister and delivered it

Hello
I printed the letter of the leader and the minister and delivered it.
I informed both the minister and Dr. Rostami (leadership body) about the issue and the reactions that happened during this period.
A summary of the topics discussed:

The subject of comparison with PhD students of the Ministry of Science
1) The assumption is fundamentally wrong for two reasons: the officials of the Ministry of Health are responsible and accountable for the interests of the students of the Ministry of Health and not for the shortcomings of the Ministry of Science.

2) If the procedure of the Ministry of Science is wrong for any reason (lack of resources, etc.), then it should not become an obstacle to ensure the welfare of the students of the Ministry of Health. In fact, if the Ministry of Science has a wrong procedure, it should be corrected, rather than the Ministry of Health entering into this wrong procedure out of sympathy.

3) If the officials of the Ministry of Health think fairly and rationally that the current expenses of doctoral students, who happen to be full-time and have no other source of income, are not enough to live their daily lives, then there is no reason to insist on not raising their salaries.

4) The discussion of income generation is a wrong logic because firstly: this payment method is related to work and currently it is being paid according to the previous routine, secondly: if we look at the payment of dear residents with this logic, you should pay for the fields that generate more income. should be given more than other groups, thirdly: the duty of hospitals, despite a lot of work, but they do not generate much income, and on the other hand, they have a larger number of students (such as Imam Khomeini Hospital), so what if instead of looking at the university as a single unit, as island units Focus on hospitals. Every hospital has to consider some kind of payment process for staff and faculty members, which is usually not fair.

5) Until this law, the payment procedure and facilities for PhD students and residents have been the same, and this law has increased the concern for unequal and fair facilities in the future.

6) Doctoral students are factors of growth and promotion of universities and this importance should not be ignored. With this wrong view of the authorities, disappointment and frustration will increase among students.

In order to follow up, the Minister of Health ordered the Deputy Minister of Development (Dr. Rahimi, who was present at the meeting) to follow up on this issue.

Finally, I would like to tell you that apparently the activities of this period were not without impact and all the officials were aware of the dissatisfaction of the PhD students and its subsequent consequences.
