His Excellency Mr. Dr. Bahram Ainullahi

Your Excellency

Mr. Dr. Bahram Ainullahi

Honorable Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education

Greetings and respect

The Islamic revolution led by Imam Khomeini (RA) Pargam
It was a new frontier for Iran. The Islamic revolution was a transformation in the soul of a nation from not wanting to wanting and being able. Less than fifty years ago, the country’s medical system needed manpower, expertise and foreign science. The efforts and endeavors of the youth in the last few decades have brought dear Iran to a point where, in the most unprecedented conditions of sanctions and corona, nursing has always been proud of the health of the nation. It is on the basis of these young people that the Supreme Leader demands a lofty ideal and says: We must move in such a way that in a reasonable future, Iran will become a source of global science and everyone will have to learn Persian in order to access the latest scientific findings.
Achieving the drawn ideal requires the foundation and support of the university and students so that they can only think about the goals ahead and work day and night to achieve them. But unfortunately, there are many distances to reach this point, and sometimes the situation becomes so difficult that it seems that the only thing a student should not be busy with is science. The existing rules for students are very unreasonable and unfair, and these rules are almost one-sided and only describe the student’s duties. Students must attend the university full-time, they are denied the right to work. And on the other hand, no mechanism has been thought of to meet the minimum basic needs.
Bad economic conditions and inflation have affected the livelihoods of all people, but the worst of all is the condition of medical assistant students, whose education allowance is not even below the poverty line. In this situation, other countries created many facilities and attractions for Iranian elites to migrate. This incident is a serious alarm for the officials who seem to be unaware and even indifferent to the conditions of this group. Is it possible for someone to provide both his time and livelihood at the same time? Does scientific progress take place in the scientific center whose human resources are needed by the people around them to survive?
In addition to all these problems, the most unbearable issue is the discrimination in providing facilities and services to a certain part of the health community. Can medical students and graduates be successful in their work without research and scientific activity? Do the country’s problems put pressure on only one group of society?
We, PhD students, request the relevant authorities to make efforts to solve the problems while getting to know the problems of this group and removing the discriminatory view, and increasing the rights of a certain group has shown that if the authorities want, they can definitely improve the situation for Provide a scientific society.
Therefore, it is hoped that with the actions that will be taken in this field, we will see the field of increasing hope in these students as well as the increasing dynamism and vitality in the scientific community.
And I am God Almighty
PhD students of medical sciences universities all over the country
