While wishing success and pride in providing service to the engineering community and engineering system of the province, please include the following items in the agenda of the board of directors’ urgent actions.
1⃣ Determining the actual tariff for engineering services in 1400 based on the actual price of construction and tables 10 and 11 (taking into account that more than 248 days have passed since the beginning of 1400) and receiving the difference in fees from the owners since the beginning of 1400
2⃣ Pursuing a clear definition of the duration of monitoring and the responsibility of supervisors after operation in the form of a 5-year guarantee period and not for life.
3⃣ Specifying the definition of the word continuous monitoring according to the non-resident supervisors and phase supervision as municipal inspectors and not resident supervisors.
4⃣ Realizing the tariff of designers, supervisors and real and legal executors
5⃣ Pursuing the establishment of the executive as the main construction contractor in accordance with the national building regulations as a resident and based on the management contract, taking into account inflation and the variability of construction prices.
6⃣ Establishing a supervisor of the resident workshop and paying his actual fee instead of a representative executive
7. Preventing the intervention of unqualified people in design, supervision and implementation
8⃣ Compilation and revision of the guidelines for the plan of referral and removal of the characteristic coefficient N of legal supervisors companies
9⃣ Dealing with mediation and providing astronomical discounts in engineering services by some known people
1) Completing and increasing support facilities for design engineers, supervisors and executives in the form of liability insurance (of course, the launch of the Phoenix system deserves praise.)
1⃣1⃣ Creation of financial-welfare-entertainment facilities worthy of dear engineers
2 1 ⃣ Teaching respect to the client, respect to the audience, organizational duties, order and order to a small part of the organization’s employees (the engineering system organization is the house of engineers.)
