How to prepare ostrich neck broth with apples

Ingredients for 2 people

Ostrich neck 400 grams
2 cups wheat without skin (soak for 2 hours)
• 2 medium tree apples • 2 medium potatoes
Half a cup of peas and beans (soak for 2 hours)
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
1 medium onion
•Omaniba lemon 2 pcs
Sufficient salt, pepper and turmeric

How to prepare:

1. After washing the wheat, soak it for 2 hours. Soak peas and beans for 2 hours after washing.
2. Clean and wash the neck well, then put it in a pot together with chopped onion and a little turmeric. Pour the right amount of water. Put the pot on the heat to cook the neck meat.
3. In the meantime, in another pot, heat the wheat without the skin along with the peas and beans with some water until they are completely cooked. When they are fully cooked, add them to the meat.
4. When the meat is fully cooked, add the tomato paste. Add the peeled potatoes to the broth. At this stage, add salt and pepper to the food.
5. Pierce a lemon and soak it in hot water for 20 minutes, then rinse it and pour it into the food.
6. 20 minutes before the broth is ready, add the peeled apples to it and wait until the broth settles well, then serve it. 

Note:
This broth is fat-free. If you want it to be a little greasy, add 2 tablespoons of ostrich oil, olive oil, or sesame oil
