Applying for this university was a two-step process. In the first step, I sent the documents without paying, and then I was invited for an interview. There are 3 people for the interview.
Since I didn’t have a good experience with Zoom interviews, I told them to use Google Meet because of the internet speed and they accepted.
For the interview, they had specified a question in advance that was related to my interest in teaching, because they generally gave full funding to someone who had 20 hours of teaching, and it was important to them that you have the ability to teach. I taught at the university for 4 years and that’s why I was able to answer their questions very well. Another professor asked questions related to why our university and why you want to study for a master’s degree again and talked about some of my work, and most of them talked about my work and did not ask me anything. The third person’s question was, can you live alone? Have you ever had the experience of living alone and independently? Do you like individual or group work more? When was the last time you did team work? What do you do besides studying? Why are you interested in teaching and why do you think you need UX knowledge as a graphic designer?
Then they said to wait for the email until the beginning of March, we will tell you the result.
Before the interview, I read all the descriptions of the site and the resumes of their professors and I was completely fluent, and when I was talking, I was referring to the names of their professors, that this professor will strengthen my skills, that one is such and such a skill. In the end, one of them said that you have enough knowledge about the work of our professors, which is very good.
The receptionist who came said that you have to pay App Fee to open the link for sending documents.
