I did this just this year, you have two ways:
1. The way is to go to the conscription system and say that I want to go on a tourist trip to another country, in this case the conscription system will tell you that it is fine, but you have to give us a bond of 30 million tomans and you can leave the country only for one month from the time you put the bond. Go out once and come back and introduce yourself to the conscription system again (which I did to get my passport and after getting my passport I went and said that my trip was canceled and I got my money back after 14 days).
2. The second way is what I did to go to Pakistan and give my embassy interview. In this way, I took my acceptance letter and a series of other documents to the Student Affairs Organization and got a letter of exemption from the conscription system. After giving a letter to the conscription organization, they asked me to post a bond of 42 million tomans and take the receipt to the conscription system again. In order to leave the country, I had to get a letter from the student affairs organization for the immigration office and a passport to get permission to leave the country and to be exempted from paying exit fees.
