I myself have been a member of the Elite Foundation for many years

I myself have been a member of the Elite Foundation for many years. My resume has enough research and teaching articles and other things. In 2016, I defended my thesis and participated in all recruitment calls and was satisfied with every city. They only invited me to one place and it was as if they didn’t want to accept anyone. There are many people like me and more prolific in my field of literature who are turning forty years old. We want to be attracted. Our goal has been to become a university professor and we have not spared anything for it. There is no other job in our field, except an editor who has almost no employment. We regret why we didn’t go to Tarbiat Debir University and get employed in education. You know that the job situation in most other fields is not better than literature.

I heard from many wiser people than myself that the seniors should retire and it is the right of our generation to stop teaching and be absorbed until we can take the place of the elders. They agreed that if we are not accepted in the university, life is impossible for us, and if the financial pressure is on the professors, it is unbearable and destructive for us who are not accepted. They agreed that this work is for the benefit of the university and students. It was in these discussions that I was sure that my words were correct and that I should go to the end.

As I explained, we have 180 public universities and many more non-profit ones. There are other universities. If one person from each group retires like this, there will be more than 500 people in each field.
I have talked with academic intellectuals and I myself have been worried that our work will cause old professors to be replaced by artless ones. They say that there are not so many people and that they will definitely attract enough people to compensate for the loss of pensions.
It is the law of nature that the young take the place of the old, and these notes and conditions, like many other laws of our country, are against the original laws of the world and make the work of the country more complicated and irreparable.

I gave examples from the literature and maybe I was verbose. At first, in my opinion, it was the problem of our field. But I heard from others that the sky is the same color everywhere.
You know that the issues that I mentioned and that old professors cannot teach as well as young ones or that graduates are unemployed are common and exist in all fields. It is very intense and pervasive in the fields of humanities and we have heard from our friends in other fields as well. That’s why, until now, almost 2,500 signatures have been collected from graduates and even literature and history professors with my advertisement alone, which I have fifty hours of teaching and general work.

It cannot be hidden from you that on the other hand, there are those who were not even qualified to teach in high school in the first place, and now their experience has reached thirty years, and with all their illiteracy and irrelevance, they have become assistant professors and professors and want to be forever If it wasn’t for Ahmadinejad’s notes, the university would have gotten rid of them now. So my first goal is to serve the future. The next goal is to be able to compete for their position later, and I wish more qualified ones would be hired as well.

We are collecting data on how many first world countries actually keep their faculty for more than thirty years. If you or other friends know any sources, I will be very happy if you provide them to me.
