Important recommendations of the head of the chemistry writing office of the Ministry of Education and the Chemistry Secretariat regarding the final exam of the chemistry course of the academic year 1403-1402
1. In the (final) academic achievement test, we are not looking for the ranking and comparison of students like in the entrance examination, and the grade given is the level of learning of a person in relation to himself, not a comparison with others.
2. Not every question with any degree of difficulty and special complications is supposed to be asked. The standard test is designed according to the objectives and content.
30 to 35% of the test score should be calculated.
4. The test key should be designed in such a way that the right of the learner is not lost. The different answers to a question should be specified and in general it should not be stated at the end of the key sheet that the correct answer is given a grade.
5) Asking questions outside the textbook is allowed provided that it covers the objectives of the book. It is not necessary that the question is exactly in the book.
6.Memorizing chemical reactions is not one of the goals and their equation should be given to the student.
The periodic table of elements should be given in the test. No memorization of the round table is to be asked.
7. The last answer of the problems can be written as a decimal or a fraction and it is acceptable. Accuracy is not taught in textbooks, so one or two decimal places is not important unless it is stated and specified in the question.
8. Electron arrangement drawing is allowed up to atomic number 36. But there is no problem in predicting the behavior from the given electron arrangement with an atomic number greater than 36
9⃣ For questions related to stoichiometry training, a clear question form should be written.
The question must be solved through subtraction and conversion. Otherwise, the student will be awarded points only for each correct answer.
0.1. For issues related to solubility and molar concentration, as stated in the formula and placement book, if it is not solved by subtraction, conversion
score will be awarded unless the designer has another purpose that must be clearly stated in the question.
1 1 1 If the book has used a specific relationship for a quantity and the student uses it, a grade will be awarded.
2.1.Lewis structure of two-centered compounds and non-octet (non-octet) compounds are not mentioned.
3.1 Solving problems in non-standard conditions and using density is not among the goals of the book and is not allowed.
4⃣1⃣ Ask questions about solubility in the framework of the textbook. Its concepts should be in the textbook.
5⃣1⃣Students should know the polyatomic ions mentioned in the book. But some new polyatomic ions can be given and the formula of the compound can be requested.
