One of the hard and harmful jobs is working in the chemistry and microbiology laboratories of hospitals and medical centers or food factories in the quality control section.

Most of the harmful chemicals that are used in these centers pose serious risks to the laboratory personnel, and it is necessary for all employees working in this area to observe safety precautions.
If laboratory personnel are going to put their health first, it is better to pay more attention to their working procedures and take danger signs seriously.

The place where you spend more than 8 hours or more of your day may have effects on your health. So I decided to bring some points to my friends.
Among the important risks that can be mentioned,
Staring too much at the microscope screen is the risk of working with harmful chemicals, the microbial risk of laboratory samples.

Most of the laborious employees of the laboratories suffer from acute and chronic diseases such as Parkinson’s – Alzheimer’s and slowness of memory – visual impairment – moodiness and aggression and mental disorders such as depressions due to working with harmful and volatile chemicals.
If we want to examine the physiopathology of these diseases from the point of view of Iranian medicine, it is necessary to say that from the point of view of Iranian sacred medicine, foods are divided into several categories: visual-auditory-olfactory and inhalation-edible and chewing-visual.

The laborious personnel of laboratories, considering that they deal with harmful chemicals (inhalation foods) as well as microscopes (visual foods) and other laboratory equipment, working in such places can be considered as one of the harmful jobs.
Compounds such as E.D.T.A or ethylene glycol tetraacetic acid – ammonia – sulphosalicylic acid – solutions such as acetone – lyse solution – sodium hypochlorite – alcohols – Vitex etc. are among the substances that have a cold and dry nature.
@tebe_jame
The cold nature of these chemical compounds, considering that they are volatile and inhaled through the nose, can in the long term cause slowness of memory, poor eyesight, nervous headaches, especially occipital headaches, premature graying of hair, stomach pain and digestive reflux. be
For this reason, I recommend and emphasize that a mouth guard or mask must be used to prevent the above cases. Therefore, I would like to announce that before using the mask, apply a little mint or clove essential oil, or the perfume of the rose flower, the jasmine flower, or the perfume of the narcissus flower to your mask.

Three stages of cupping should be done in spring and autumn so that a significant amount of toxins are removed from the body.
Instead of drinking tea in the laboratory, drink lavender + borage + valerian + lemon. This tea is soothing and protects the laboratory personnel from the above risks.
It is necessary to sneeze three to five times a day so that some of the inhaled toxins are removed through sneezing. Sneezing powder or other methods can be used for sneezing.

It is recommended to drink a glass of milk + honey before starting work in the laboratory and after leaving the laboratory.
