According to Nameh News, Prime Minister Adnan al-Zarfi, who is in charge of forming the Iraqi cabinet, spoke to a satellite channel about America’s friendship with Iraq.
In an exclusive interview with Al-Sharqiya satellite channel, he stated: Americans are friends of Iraq and have made many sacrifices for it.
Al-Zarfi promised that if he succeeds in forming the cabinet and assumes the position of prime minister, he will remain neutral in the US-Iran conflict and will use it in line with Iraq’s economic interests.
