Tehran – IRNA – The head of the Real Estate Consultants Union of Tehran Province warned against the return of prices to advertisements for buying and selling and renting housing in virtual space and internet sites.
Mostafa Qoli Khosravi said in an interview with IRNA’s economic reporter on Monday: Housing prices are decreasing in different areas of the capital, and in the meantime, we must deal with any kind of speculation in cyberspace that can have an impact on the return of prices.
He stated that real estate offices from Tehran regions provide relatively good reports of price reductions, and said: While the real estate market is moving towards price reductions, we should not see the activity of buying and selling sites and their pricing in the virtual space again. to be
Qoli Khosravi added: For example, we are now witnessing a decrease of two million tomans per square meter of houses in District 3 of Tehran, of course, this decrease is not reasonable, and we expect from the housing market in the recession season a decrease of at least 30% in prices, but in the meantime, if Again, the prices return to the internet ads, it affects the downward trend of the prices.
Gholi Khosravi stated that it has been two months since we have seen a halt in the growth of housing prices with the policies of controlling the currency market and the statements of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development as well as the housing production program, and said: “Virtual applications should not increase the tension in the market.”
He said: In the last months of last year, the buying and selling environment in the virtual space was such that, for example, a person who could not sell his house for 7 million tomans per square meter advertised for 9 million tomans, and the upstairs neighbor or the argument that thank God He has not sold his house before, he advertised it for 11 million meters and this false chain continued.
