After the 1998 assembly of Khuzestan, I went to the General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development of the province to review the film. Now, the questions that should be asked to Mr. Doideh, the head of the Khuzestan Construction Engineering System Organization (and a member of the Central Council) are:
-According to the Penalty Law for publication and disclosure of confidential documents, anyone who informs others about the contents of confidential documents will be subject to imprisonment. Is the publication of the minutes of a meeting whose video is confidential an example of the same punishment?
– If I talk about the 1998 assembly to my friends, am I subject to this imprisonment?

But the bigger question from Mr. Rezaei, Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Khuzestan Province:

Is the head of Khuzestan the director general of roads and urban development or the head of the construction engineering system organization of the province?

If the president is the director general, he should not be under the burden of the assembly film with the confidential title, because the assembly film of the engineering system organization does not meet the confidentiality conditions of the law on the publication of secret and confidential documents (its publication is not contrary to the interests).
