Management recommendations from the perspective of Imam Ali (peace be upon him)

1- Implementation according to schedule and time:
   A person who deals with various tasks, his plans and predictions will not reach anywhere.
(Wisdom 403 of Nahj al-Balagha)

2- Paying attention to education and having a scientific spirit and research:
   I taught you the book of God, I taught you the way and customs of reasoning. I have made known to you what you did not know. What was the slip of your tongue and you were not aware of it, with my expression and explanation, I made it understandable and pleasing to the taste of your thoughts. 
 (Khort 181 of Nahj al-Balaghah)

3- Sobriety and hesitation in speaking:
   Sobriety and slowness in speaking is the reason for truthfulness.
(Sermon 100 of Nahj al-Balagha)

4- Avoiding praise and flattery and suppressing it in yourself and others:
   Do not flatter and flatter, which will lead you to commit sin.
 (Khatbah 86 of Nahj al-Balagha)

5- Consulting with others and welcoming their good opinions:
   The one who welcomes different opinions knows the errors and mistakes. (Wisdom 164 of Nahj al-Balaghah)

6- Fulfillment of commitments:
O people, loyalty is accompanied by truth, and I do not see a more protective shield than loyalty.
(Khetbah 41 of Nahj al-Balagha)
 
7- Avoiding extremes in matters:
   Deviating to the left and right (excesses and exaggerations), going astray and moderation, is the right way.
 (Khetbah 16 of Nahj al-Balagha)

8-Evaluation and control and constant monitoring:
   A part of the letter of Imam Ali (AS) to Malik Ashtar: After that, learn a lot about his judgment and check it.
 
9- Division of work and determination of limits and tasks:
   Assign a task to each of your servants and assign it to that task so that each one does his duty and does not leave the task to the other. 
(Letter 31 of Nahj al-Balagha)

10- Observance of expertise (skills and abilities) in appointments:
   O people, the most deserving person for important matters is the most capable of them.
 (Khort 172 of Nahj al-Balaghah)

11- Having attraction and repulsion:
  The weakest person is the one who is unable to find friends, and the one who loses the friends he has made is even more helpless than him.  (Hikmat 12 of Nahj al-Balaghah)

12-Avoid rushing in important tasks:
   And avoid being hasty in things that are not done yet.
  (Khetbah 53 of Nahj al-Balagha)

13- Responding to the people:
   In a part of the letter to Malik Ashtar, it is stated: It is no longer a matter of meeting the needs of the people at the same time as it is offered to you, and it is not in the patience of your assistants.
 
14- Preparing authorities and laying the groundwork for the implementation of programs:
   A person who picks unripe fruit is like a farmer who sows in a land other than his own.
(6th sermon of Nahj al-Balagha)

15- Criticism:
   In a part of the letter to Malik Ashtar, they say: Choose that person over others who will tell you the bitter truth the most.
 
16- Flexibility:
    Be humble in front of people and be gentle and flexible with them. 
 (Khetbah 27 of Nahj al-Balagha)

17- Persuading clients:
   In a part of the letter to Malik Ashtar, they say: Never say that I am an officer and excuse me, never say that I have been ordered and I must obey blindly. Never be greedy to lead you blindly.
 
18- Admitting ignorance in unrelated matter:
   Whoever leaves the sentence I do not know will kill himself. 
(Wisdom 85 of Nahj al-Balagha)

19- Respectful speech and expression:
   Be aware, O people, of the righteous language that God provides to man, that man use that righteous language in creating happiness for the people; It is better for him that he does not show gratitude than that he inherits money.
 (Khetbah 120 of Nahj al-Balagha)

20- Self-evaluation and self-measurement:
   O servants of God, measure yourself before you are measured, and come to account before you are taken to account.
