Gholi Khosravi further stated that the union does not want to increase the price and added: The price increase brings a momentary prosperity, but after a short period of time, the purchasing power of the people decreases and the housing market declines, and this leads to stagnation in the market. .
The head of the Tehran Real Estate Consultants Association emphasized: “No real estate consultant will cause price fluctuation in a network and gang game because if the price goes up, it will cause the housing market to become less prosperous.”
He admitted: only consultants who are manufacturers and sellers themselves may do such a thing, the number of these people is small and the union is against this practice.
He called a limited number of towers uninhabited and added: the word “empty house” should be used for a limited number of towers and the reason for these towers being empty is the loans that the owners of the towers take from banks with rent.
The head of the Tehran Real Estate Consultants Union, while emphasizing on the renovation of worn-out structures, added: These structures should be removed from their worn-out condition and a plan for infrastructures, entertainment centers and green spaces should be considered.
He mentioned the tracking code plan as one of his initiatives and added: In the Real Estate Consultants Association, we established the housing tracking code to help clarify real estate transactions by real estate consultants. Unfortunately, the implementation of this plan was not done well after a four-year gap.
Qoli Khosravi said: 14,000 real estate transactions are done daily in Tehran, and it is the duty of the Tehran Real Estate Consultants Trade Union to create a legal information network for people’s awareness, so that if those who have problems due to lack of legal information, their problems can be solved. to be
Regarding dealing with violations in real estate companies, he said: We are looking to create an inspector at the level of the Tehran Real Estate Consultants Union so that the consultants themselves can monitor the activities and this will reduce the number of crimes.
Gholi Khosravi considered the establishment of the new building of the Real Estate Consultants Union, the construction of a pilgrimage center in Mashhad, the property tracking code and the Applied Scientific University of Real Estate Consultants as his honors and added: The purpose of establishing this university was to increase the legal literacy of real estate consultants, which was established in 2013.
