CEO of Isfahan Industrial Towns Company said: More than 140 thousand people are working in active industrial towns and areas of this province.
According to the public relations report of Isfahan Province Industrial Estates Company, Mohammad Javad Begi added: This province is one of the most industrialized provinces in the country with more than 9 thousand industrial units and 76 towns and industrial districts.
He continued: With 17,000 hectares, Isfahan has the first place in the country in terms of the number and land of industrial towns, and these towns have specially provided the ground for attracting investment in the province.
The CEO of Isfahan Industrial Towns Company stated: This province has won the first rank in the country in attracting investors in industrial towns in the last 2 years, and also this company has won the first rank for the acquisition of resources in the country’s industrial towns for the first time.
He said: With eight private settlements, Isfahan has the largest number of private settlements in the country.
Begi added: In addition, eight specialized towns are being implemented in the province, including the country’s first specialized chemical park in the field of gas conversions as a specialized town in this field, gold and jewelry town, specialized automotive town and industrial areas of Jandaq and Padna pointed out.
He also pointed to the planning for the development of towns and industrial areas of the province and said: the development plans of 30 hectares of Harand, 84 hectares of Ardestan, 70 hectares of Dehaghan and 40 hectares of Zavareh of Ardestan are being implemented and the possibility of handing over land to applicants will be provided by the end of September.
According to him, the construction of eight industrial towns in the province is also being pursued, which will reach the implementation stage in the near future.
The CEO of Isfahan Industrial Estates Company stated: In total, there are about one hundred public and private industrial estates and districts in Isfahan province, of which 90 have been established or are awaiting approval from the provincial planning council.
The addition of 14 new refineries to the industrial estates of Isfahan this year
Begi also said: 14 water treatment plants have been put into operation in the industrial towns of the province during the last 35 years, and 14 more water treatment plants will be added to the industrial towns this year.
The CEO of Isfahan Industrial Towns Company noted: For the first time in the country, Shahreza’s sewage at the rate of 60 liters per second with 25 kilometers of transmission line and a capital of 110 billion Tomans was transferred to Razi Industrial Town, Sepehrabad and Handicrafts, and it reached the level of drinking water. Purified was provided to the industrialists which solved their water crisis problem.
According to him, the 87-kilometer transmission line between the city of Isfahan and the industrial town of Morchekhort has been established and put into operation, which transfers the sewage of Isfahan to this town, and a total of 200 billion tomans have been invested in these projects.
Begi noted: Today, the problem of water supply to industrial towns in Hal province has been solved, and even in Khor industrial town, the water problem has been solved.
The CEO of Isfahan Industrial Towns Company announced a 100% increase in industrial refineries in the industrial towns of the province and stated: In the last 35 years, 14 refineries have been put into operation in the industrial towns of the province, and this number will reach 28 this year.
He announced the supply of water to all towns and industrial areas of the province and said: providing the necessary infrastructure facilities and infrastructure for the towns and industrial areas of the province is the most important goal of the Industrial Towns Company of this province.
Currently, there are 76 approved industrial towns in Isfahan province, of which 70 industrial towns are operational and in the process of being handed over, and 50% of the towns in the province have reached their final capacity.
