Mortazavi announced: the per capita increase in fruit and vegetable markets in Region 9
The mayor of Region 9 announced the increase of fruit and vegetable markets per capita in the western areas of Tehran by introducing and handing over 7 pieces of land for the construction of squares.
According to the public relations report of District 9 Municipality; Seyyed Mohammad Rahim Mortazavi, the mayor of the region, pointing out that one of the demands of the citizens is to increase the number of squares in the neighborhoods, said that increasing the number of fruit and vegetable markets per capita is on the agenda, focusing on the establishment of at least one fruit and vegetable market in each neighborhood. With the coordination of the fruit and vegetable fields management organization of Tehran municipality, 7 pieces of land were introduced and delivered for the construction of fields in the neighborhoods of Ostad Moin, Dr. Hoshiar, Dastghib, Shamshiri and Imamzadeh Abdullah.
He added: The establishment and development of fruit and vegetable markets in the area of residence is one of the priorities of the urban complex in order to provide optimal service to the citizens as much as possible.
The mayor of Region 9 stated: For this purpose and in line with the measures and policies of Tehran Municipality and with the follow-ups, Dastghib fruit and vegetable market was opened. This market was put into operation for the supply of fruit and vegetable products in a plot of land located in Ostad Moin Street at the beginning of East Dastghib Street and in the form of a connection.
Mortazavi reminded: Also, a piece of land with an area of 210 square meters for the development of the Yasman fruit and vegetable market, located on Shahid Bakhtiari St. at the corner of Fathabadi St., has been handed over to the fruit and vegetable fields management organization, and the development and construction of this market is also underway. is
