Mr. Chairman had a hearing and respectfully postponed meeting with us until after the meeting

His Excellency the President had a hearing and respectfully postponed meeting with us until after the meeting.

We were waiting in the #head of the complex’s room, but due to some security considerations, we preferred not to linger too long.
Therefore, we raised our questions with the director of the office of Mr. President.
One of our dozens of questions (which is related to the present discussion) was about the amount of salaries received by the judges of that court.
The head of the office stated that the average salary of a regular judge of that court is 40,000 Saudi Riyals, in addition to the use of benefits such as a house, a suitable car, a crew and a driver. In that year, the Saudi Riyal was about a thousand Iranian Tomans.
That is, the salary of an ordinary judge in Medina city was about 40 million tomans in our country’s money that year.
As the head of the Ferozabad criminal branch, I compared myself with my Saudi counterpart, who received about 7% of the salary of a Saudi judge.
We said to ourselves that maybe these salaries are normal compared to the cost of living in this city, and we were wrong!!
We raised our doubts with the good-natured office manager (who was a Sunni Muslim and not a Wahhabi) and asked him to make a comparison.
He said the price of a new Toyota Camry model 2012 is about 32 thousand Saudi Riyals. This means that the judge is able to buy a 2012 Toyota Camry every month and some of his salary remains.
We were more surprised.
Haj Mr. Mahmoudi asked, for example, what is the salary of the police forces. He answered about 8 thousand Saudi riyals.

Unconsciously, I remembered my Iranian #judicial colleagues how oppressed they are. Not that they are greedy to buy a Toyota Camry monthly, which of course they cannot do this with their twenty years of savings, but I thought about how unpredictable the Iranian judge works and what languages and ears they hear minute by minute. They are busy gossiping about the Iranian judge.

The words of the head of the court’s office surprised us so much that we chose not to wait for the head of the #court and together with my colleague, we left the #Madinah #court. My eyes fell again on the green dome of the Messenger of God and all the emphasis that the #scientific religion of Islam and the #progressive #religion of Shia have had on the rights and duties of a judge, and at the same time we were thinking that we do not need to buy a Toyota Camry on a monthly basis, but do we? The conditions in my country should not be such that a judge, after a decade of starting his #work, is subject to the #exceptions of religion.
Only to the extent of religious exceptions!!!

The Iranian judge is so proud of himself that he does not enter into #deals with the centers of corruption and #power. The Iranian judge values himself so much that he does not take inappropriate actions for such matters.
Salary increase or not, blessed are those who do not understand.

Our pain is not the lack of salary increase. Our pain is not buying a luxury car. Our pain is not not having #property and #property.
Our pain is not understanding. Our pain is not being heard. #Our pain is the misunderstanding of some officials about the story. Some who should understand but do not understand.

With the #Jihadist and encouraging management of the senior directors of the #Justice of Fars Province and especially Dr. Al-Qasi, we will continue our journey with strength, and the lack of salary increase will not only make us weaker, but we will be stronger than before. But I wish they would wake up one day who should be awake.

Our pain is to respect their judgement, not anything else, and we are satisfied with the exceptions of religion

with respect
Samad is wooden. 26 December 1396
