Mr. Engineer Mohammad Reza Ansari in an interview with the Iran Chamber news website: Trade Development Organization should be strengthened to improve foreign relations

Mohammadreza Ansari, the vice-chairman of the Iran Chamber, believes that the role of the Trade Development Organization in improving foreign relations is very important and one of the priorities that should be considered is the strengthening of this organization.
In an interview with “Iran Chamber News Base”, he said: “Foreign trade means relying on certified exporters, and in this regard, one of the measures that should be taken to facilitate trade and foreign exchange by exporters is to remove burdensome regulations and instead support It is them.

Referring to the role of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade in facilitating foreign trade, Mr. Ansari said: Fortunately, since the arrival of Mr. Razm Hosseini as the new Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade, we have seen significant measures to improve foreign trade and policy making in this field. Many of Khalq al-Saa’s circulars have been stopped since his appointment as the new Minister of Industry. On the other hand, one of the most important and valuable measures that he did was to maintain the composition of the previous directors and vice-presidents of the Ministry of Industry.

Engineer Ansari believes: the role of Trade Development Organization in improving foreign relations is very important and one of the priorities that should be considered is strengthening this organization.

Mohammadreza Ansari, the vice-chairman of the Iran Chamber, further emphasized the importance of FATF approval in the current situation and added: FATF approval as one of the steps to improve foreign trade in the current situation is necessary, but not sufficient; Our banks should be able to have official relations with other countries, and doing this depends on the approval of FATF, because many banks are reluctant to cooperate with Iran due to Iran’s name being included in FATF’s blacklist. The next step is the adaptation of Iranian banks to the international banking system, in which all Iranian banks are not equal. Some have been able to adapt to global regulations, but some have a long way to go to achieve this goal.
