Note 59: In the labor law, we have 3 types of suspension
Point 60: Suspension by the employer: If the dispute resolution authorities vote in favor of the worker and this suspension is without the worker’s consent, the employer must pay the worker’s salary for the days of the suspension.

Such as sick leave approved by the social security organization.
Note 63: The Law on Amendments to Population and Family Regulation Laws approved in 1392 has a single article and 2 notes. According to the second note of this single article, the government is allowed to increase the maternity leave (from 6 months) to 9. But the issue What is bothering working women these days is the disobedience of the social security organization to increase the amount of leave.
The previous process was that the organization calculated and paid only 6 months and implemented the remaining 3 months only in case of protest in the Administrative Court of Justice. In its verdict, the court has considered the social security organization as obligated to pay all 9 months in its judgment number 288 to 305 and 307. Therefore, without any ambiguity, where the organization accepts 6 months of leave, it must pay the full 9 months.
Note 64: Articles 67 and 68 of the Social Security Law are related to the cost of pregnancy and childbirth allowance, respectively. According to these articles, the allowance paid by the Social Security Organization is based on the last wage or salary from which the insurance has been deducted.
Therefore, benefits such as child rights, mission and other benefits that are not subject to insurance deductions are not paid by the social security organization.
Note 65: A woman who takes care of the dependents (children and adolescents) who are not cared for and who are poorly cared for, will benefit from the benefits and rights of children and leave for the period of care for children under 3 years old, and this category of mothers can be from 84 days to 12 weeks of pregnancy assistance provided in Article 67 of the Social Security Law.
