On the pretext of an attack by some supervising engineers on the performance of executive engineers, I am going to analyze the performance of competent executives in the projects under the supervision of Pejavand Engineering Group (legal supervisor).

On the pretext of an attack by some supervising engineers on the performance of executive engineers, I analyze the performance of competent executives in the projects under the supervision of Pejavand Engineering Group (legal supervisor).
About 20 projects under supervision
1- The vast majority of them are interested in the project being implemented completely under their management, but due to the prevailing atmosphere and the lack of support from the upstream bodies, including the General Administration of Roads and Urban Development, the municipality, and especially the engineering system organization, and the existence of some brokers (those who are a few implementing companies, The design office, the laboratory, the legal supervisors, etc. are sometimes run at one address, making this practically impossible.
2- The small income of the presenters due to the normal market prices for which not much is done, (most of the income is used to pay the points-giving members) causes them to establish several companies in order to reduce the costs Currently, they can earn a reasonable income and this also encourages formalism.
3- Technically speaking, because most of the managing directors of implementing companies have civil engineering expertise, they have a more effective presence with the monitoring apparatus until the end of the consolidation, but unfortunately, they have less knowledge in the field of mechanical and electrical installations, and paying the costs of hiring an installation expert is also apparently for them. It is not possible!
4- The majority of them are aware of the position of the monitoring system, and have good interactions with the monitoring system in order to improve the construction quality.
5- The presence of the workshop supervisor, even though he has little experience, can have positive effects on the implementation process and the quality of the project, even if he is not a representative of the legal executive.
6- The behavior and professional performance of the monitoring body can be very effective in explaining and establishing the role of the competent executive in the project.
7- Competent executives welcome the governance position of the monitoring body and consider it to be in their own interest and provide the necessary cooperation. (Of course, those who don’t want to be formal)

But a word with supervising engineers:
How much time and energy do we as supervising engineers spend on the project under our supervision? (Just how many stages of reporting to the organization and 4 visits are enough?) Unilaterally dealing with the issue of competent executives is far from fair! We must understand the conditions of the society and rush to the help of our colleagues in the guild of competent executives. Let’s understand that many of them have to give in to formalities, just as many of us supervising engineers used to give in to discounts before referring work!

Suggestion to supervising engineers in facing various projects, of course, in groups B and C, up to 3000 square meters
1- If the competent executive is responsible and works in harmony with the monitoring system, we should expect him to perform double monitoring, rather than expecting the workshop to be at his disposal.
2- If the owner of the project is an engineer and it seems that he intends to comply with the minimum standards, we should not be strict about the presence of the executive representative and consider the presence of the owner as sufficient. But if there are serious shortcomings and deficiencies, we should emphasize the presence of the executive representative.
3- If the above items are not fulfilled, we will write a letter and request to stop the work until the representative of the executive is present.

Finally:
– Let’s know that only by taking and closing and stopping work and fighting with colleagues and so on. . . It doesn’t work.
– Every trade union should think for itself and ask for help from its other colleagues, don’t believe that the organization wants to do this for us or that our trade union will do this for us! Some people only think about achieving their own interests, they don’t do anything for us!
