The importance of guidance is so much that some theorists consider it one of the main duties of managers. It means the manager’s ability to direct human resources. But achieving such a thing is done in three ways: leadership, motivation and communication.

The meaning of interaction is the actions and reactions of people in relation to each other. These conditions exist in people, regardless of their chronological age, to different degrees and levels.

The paternal state in a person is influenced by childhood experiences and the behavior of parents and other elders in the family and creates the way of speaking, advising, blaming, controlling and thinking in a person.
Childish mode is the reflection of one’s feelings in the world of childhood and before puberty. That is, in this state, Frey shows childish and thoughtless reactions to external stimuli, such as discomfort and things like that, without mastering his own behavior.
Maturity is the only state that gives a person the power to make the right decision and show the right reaction in relation to others and not to hesitate under the negotiation table.

In bilateral relations, knowing this method opens the blind knot that occurs in most situations in the organization and makes it possible to achieve agreement and resolve misunderstandings. For example, when one of the members of the organization or the other party in the negotiation with a paternal attitude assumes his audience as a child, the communication will not be established properly and the result will not be achieved. In this situation, the parties order and forbid the other, and each wants to convince the other party to do something and obey. Or when a person in the organization has a childlike state, but the opposite person wants to communicate with the other person like an adult regardless of this state. Here too, there are obstacles and the correct understanding and the desired result are not achieved either in the negotiation or in the organization.
Basically, it is important to know the correct ways of communicating and biases, so that we have a correct understanding first about ourselves and then about the organization and the social situation we are in. Our problem is mostly the misunderstandings that happen to us that we might throw under the table and blow our own and others’ long-term interests, otherwise, the existence of conflict of interests in the organization is not necessarily a destructive thing, it does not even show the dynamism, importance and sensitivity of your people. It is an organization that can be directed and controlled.
