– Olive oil: 2 cups

How to prepare:
Mix all the ingredients together and knead it thoroughly, then soak it in salt water and vinegar for 24 hours. This makes the meat flavorful and crispy. Note: If we want to prepare a bite-sized kebab, before cooking the ostrich meat, it can be flavored with soy sauce or in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped red pepper, cumin powder, coriander seed powder, He put salt and black pepper (because this meat absorbs the flavor very quickly, it is better to put it in these flavorings for a short time), then he put it on a skewer and grilled it on the fire in a short time.
