Referral work supervision

#referral_work_of_monitoring

The friends who had asked what are the ratings and points in the reference of supervision work:

The score for the engineer of each discipline is the empty capacity multiplied by 10,000

Based on this score, the engineers of each field are awarded a rank in all levels 1, 2 and 3.

If – for example – a level 2 engineer has a rank of 451, it does not necessarily mean that there are 450 people in the referral queue before him!! Because if the project is from group C, all grade 3 engineers will be removed from the queue of this project. Therefore, it is possible that out of those 450 people, for example, 250 people are in the 3rd grade and are not eligible for the Group C project. So, in practice, 200 people are ahead of him for this project, not 450!!

In the candidate algorithm, the situation is better and more “filtered”. In the system, the engineer announces the minimum square footage, the minimum number of roofs and the municipal area of the projects that he wants to be referred to him for supervision by ticking. Every day, a list of projects with these specifications is announced in his portfolio. The engineer declares readiness (#candidacy) for each of them.

Therefore, for each project in each discipline, a queue of engineers who had previously expressed their desire for this work is formed. The order of this queue is based on the same number as the rank of the engineer.

It is possible that a queue of 150 people or 100 people or less or more may be formed in a field, for example.

So there is even a possibility that the level 2 engineer in the above example will be the first person in line and the work will be referred to him (because of all 450 people, partly because he is level 3, partly because the project is not in the minimum size and the ceiling and municipal area chosen by them and some of them do not exist in the queue of this project due to the lack of announcement of candidacy)

The above example shows that the announced rank number does not necessarily mean that you have to wait for the same number of people to get the monitoring project!!!

Each engineer’s score is a variable parameter over time. With the passage of time, the empty capacity of each engineer will change due to the release of previous works and the involvement of new works (design) and as a result his score will also change. Since the rank of an engineer is determined according to his score compared to the score of others (several thousand engineers of that field) and this change of score takes place every day for a significant percentage of these several thousand people, so the rank is also a variable parameter in practice will be
