Removal of point deduction and work deduction from mandatory supervision referrals and Ezbilt referrals

Today, 11/19/1402, in the board meeting of the construction engineering system of #Ardebil province, a practical issue was discussed with the issue of reforms in the referral process of #supervision engineering services and with the suggestion of engineer Afshin Naseri.

It was decided for mandatory referrals [which are mostly low-meterage referrals for which there are no volunteers] and construction and modification referrals [where a small amount of meterage is added to the infrastructure of the building] and in line with encouraging supervising engineers to accept their previous obligations, deduct #points and The deduction of #work should be removed from the reference of #supervision, but the deduction of #capacity should still be made.

But two things:
More than three years have passed since the implementation of the supervision referral system in the provincial organization, and dozens of defects and deficiencies have been reported from this system. This resolution took a very small step in the direction of reforming the constitution.

Proposing topics in board meetings requires expert work. For example, during the discussion, it was suggested that instead of mandatory referral, we should go for optional referral! It means going back to before 2012! ! He was about to vote!!! Although it ended well.

What do you think?
