Repairing and improving the grades of final exam courses of graduate students:

According to the resolution of the nine hundred and fifteenth session of the Supreme Council of Education dated 05/26/1394

According to the above resolution, the conditions for students’ exam registration are as follows:

The registration of the applicants for the restoration of academic records will be done as a free volunteer and according to the instructions for the registration of free volunteers only in public adult schools.

Note- In areas where adult and government educational units are not open, their registration will be done in one of the daily educational units determined by the Department of Education according to gender.

Note 1: The registration of applicants for the improvement of educational records is not allowed in non-governmental educational units of distance education or affiliated with other organizations.
Note 2: It is necessary and necessary to comply with the regulations of the duty system regarding the mentioned volunteers.

Note 3- Necessary documents for registration:
A: Written request of the candidate.
B: Graduation report, temporary certificate of acceptance or certificate of completion of secondary education, where the images related to the inclusion of the image sentence match the original, by the director of the educational unit.
A: The image of the first page of the birth certificate with photo and national card that matches the original (according to paragraph b) and if there are changes and amendments in the birth certificate, it is also necessary to provide the picture of the description of the birth certificate.

High school graduates who are applying to restore and upgrade their grades or final 12th grade courses can only register in the same educational area where they have already graduated.
High school graduates who are applying for the restoration of their twelfth grade final grades can choose the desired course or courses and participate in the relevant exams only once in one of June, September or December exam times.
The grades obtained by the applicants for restoration and improvement of the grades of the final courses in the relevant exams will not replace the previous grades that led to graduation.
The obtained grades will be the criteria for the evaluation and acceptance of students in the universities and higher education centers of the country.
One can choose all or some of the final courses and retake the exam.
All the selection of units is non-attendance and does not have a continuous grade.
The effect of this test is positive and has no negative effect.
Secondary school graduates, even if they have succeeded in obtaining a renewed diploma, based on Decree 915, they can participate in the remediation and improvement exam of their desired courses (final exam courses) only once.
If a person intends to continue his studies abroad after taking the exams, his grades will be issued in excess of the regulations.
Statistics and examination records of such people (such as free volunteers) are prepared for one academic year in one volume and in the order of exam rotation and blocked according to the regulations.
Exam records and certificates issued for such people will not have grade point average and pass or fail conditions.
Determining the amount of tuition fees related to registration fees and holding exams and issuing necessary documents is the responsibility of the Provincial Education Council.

Special attention: participation in remedial exams; It will only be in accordance with the titles of the final courses of the twelfth grade in the system (3-3-3-6).
